Digital Art

My way to design-land was through exploring digital art, from sketches to fractal flames to photo manipulation to abstract art. This page documents some of these explorations, before I found my love for computational art.

Fractal Flames

Digital art created using fractal algorithms. The technique was developed by Scott Draves in 1992. Most of these were created in Apophysis, which allows for the manipulation of fractal parameters, and post-processed in Photoshop.

Abstract

I quite enjoyed experimenting with Photoshop and Cinema4D back in the day. These are some of the explorations using various tools.
